Solarzap offers a fully financed solar energy solution that requires no investment or capital contribution from park or hotel operators, or project developers. Throughout the entire term of the contract, the system remains the property of Solarzap, which also manages and operates the system.

A team of specialists designs the optimal solution for each project, with a focus on both cost efficiency and sustainability. The solar energy system is designed and implemented with minimal effort required from the park or hotel owner. Once installed, the system operates fully autonomously, without any further involvement from the park or hotel operator.

A single all-inclusive monthly fee is charged to park and hotel operators, covering all costs for equipment, installation, replacement, and financing. This structure results in savings of around 25% compared to current energy costs, depending on the location and specific project requirements. Contracts are typically concluded for a 20-year term.

We partner with renowned, highly experienced EPC companies to provide 24/7 remote monitoring, maintenance, professional cleaning, and comprehensive insurance. By managing the entire technical lifecycle, we maximize energy yield and guarantee system uptime, ensuring the installation remains a high-performing asset for decades to come.
